Telehealth Counseling: We provide high-quality professional grief counseling via secure video or telephone format. Research suggests that, for many people, Telehealth counseling can be just as effective as in-person counseling. The flexibility of Telehealth allows you to choose the location and space that feels most comfortable for you. Telehealth also saves the expense and time of traveling to and from an office. For parents with young children, Telehealth makes it possible to engage in counseling without needing childcare. Call to find out if Telehealth is the right fit for you. *Telehealth Services are available to residents of NC, FL, and AZ.

Professional Consulting: This service is available to those who would like to better understand the grief process, theories of grief, and how to support coworkers, employees, or friends who are grieving. Additionally, we provide consultation to other health providers who would like to learn more about grief and best practices for helping individuals process grief and loss.

Support Groups: Custom support groups and educational sessions are available to organizations and businesses who would like to provide grief support to employees. Call to schedule a free phone consultation and explore what type of support is best for your organization. Topics may include:

• How to support someone who is grieving
• Processing the death of a colleague or employee
• Expressive Arts groups, focused on processing grief, loss, change, and transition through various artistic mediums

Art Therapy: Words are not always enough to express the breadth and depth of loss. Art Therapy engages the creative part of the brain and allows one to process and express emotions that the brain's language center cannot. Various art mediums are utilized to explore the inner world of grief, with the support of a Professional Art Therapist. Art Therapy is about the "process" of art making not the final "product" and all levels of artistic ability/experience are able to participate.

Initial Phone Consultation (15 minutes): Free
Telehealth Intake Session (75 minutes): $180
Telehealth ​Individual Session or Consultation Appointment (50 minutes): $120
Custom Support Group via Healthcare Compliant Video Platform (90-120 minutes): Contact for Rates

Insurance

We are an in-network provider with the following Insurance companies:

• United Healthcare
• Aetna
• Oscar Health
• Oxford
• BCBS
• Cigna

At this time, we are an out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies. Insurance Co-payment (for in-network insurance) or Full payment is required at the time of your scheduled session. Some insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits. If requested, we will provide an invoice for services rendered that can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement (depending on your plan).

Payment

We accept Cash, Checks, HSA/FSA Cards, and all Major Credit Cards.
